Every massage is customized to fit each individual needs. My massage supports healing and connects the mind to the body which reinforces self healing! I have been massaging for a decade, implementing Reiki into each massage. I have extensive knowledge in the muscular system, which enables me to handle a wide variety of concerns. But best of all, I have so much passion in this work! I specialize in:

• Deep tissue: A specific massage that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle. Work is applied accross the grain of the muscle and relesases deeply help patterns of tension, removes toxins and relaxes the muscle.
• Bamboo Massage: A different twist of deep tissue with the use of nature. Bamboo sticks!
• Hot Stone Massage: Basalt stones that are warm and applied to body which relaxes the muscles and calms the nervous system
• Swedish Massage: A relaxing massage that will totally take the body mind and spirit into another dimension!!  True Bliss!!
• Reiki: An oriental method of working with energy. A hands on or off treatment that involves an unlimited external source of energy to flow through the client creating a "healing  space" that brings their energy system into balance.  Opening and removing blockages in the chakras!!!
• Cupping: Stimulates nerves, facilitates blood-flow, removes congested blood.
• Couples Massages: Are available!
